1. Selective Sorting & Upcycling
CWe reclaim premium leather off-cuts from our handbag production, ensuring no high-quality material goes to waste during our manufacturing.
2. Design & Development
Our team creates unique designs for charms and small goods, specifically tailored to maximize the use of every leather scrap.
3. Precision Cutting & Stitching
Based on the designs, we precisely cut the leather pieces and meticulously stitch the details to create the final shapes.
4. Edging & Final Finishing
A water based solvent free coating is applied upon our panels (140 cm x 110 cm) or rolled to obtain a nice touch with grains and colors.
