2. Shredding & Mixing

Leather fibers are shredded into very small, dust like particles. They are mixed with natural rubber (Hevea) from Thailand and bonded to make a homogeneous and resistant material.

3. Coating & Printing

A water based solvent free coating is applied upon our panels (140 cm x 110 cm) or rolled to obtain a nice touch with grains and colors.
