Our Jouney

Stage 01

2013 – 2015

LECAS’s journey started in 2013, from a “novice” worker, determined to start the journey of finding himself after a series of chaotic and disoriented days due to unemployment.

LECAS’s first products were formed and launched on the market from $2,000 in capital; A “factory” is a 12m2 attic with a rental price of $100/month, with no experience in production and business but a passionate heart.

Just like that, from those who bought out of respect, love, and support, gradually there were true customers – buying because of need, because of suitability, because of preferences… From being alone, LECAS also became Gather one or two workers to work together. The source of raw materials from retail purchases in the country now includes imported raw materials from around the world…

Stage 02

2015 – 2020

LECAS was established in 2015. During this period, we built LECAS from scratch – a time that is deeply engraved in memory even though very few photos were recorded.

Those were the days when production techniques were still weak, with very little sales experience. After two years of working, we still had nothing but the will, a burning love of the craftsman and the companionship of our team. everyone’s conclusion. With just that, we together passed the threshold of survival, returned to the journey of realizing our dreams and from there welcomed more happiness every day.

Stage 03

2020 – 2021

Around the covid year 2020 – the first half of 2021, we were almost facing the possibility of having to reduce scale and cut staff. Covid brought our B2B sales back to zero, and the retail situation was also unfeasible. And then, we were persistent and determined to keep our promise not to cut staff, and we received a gift called “solution”. We turn on “Wartime Mode”. The foundation we built from the first years of establishment is not bad, so by 2021, with only changes and new ways, we have received unexpected results. Our team shifted sales direction to online – livestream. With the same products, the same values, the same policies but with a different way, we have weathered the storm spectacularly.

Stage 04

2021 – Now

Currently, our dream is to build a next-generation team that loves and continues to love the product, profession like the previous generation. Love is what guides us in the right direction and will also guide the LECAS team to preserve the brand value that was initially created.

Happy Founders

After 10 years of working, working hard on every piece of leather, every needle and thread, I have had more than one wish. The dream is to make LECAS become a “National Leather Brand”, simple, familiar and close. I dream that women will be more confident, beautiful and stylish with Vietnamese leather goods; The dream of Vietnamese people using Vietnamese Brands with a radiant and proud attitude…

I keep this dream to myself, I hope to keep my enthusiasm and passion forever; Do not take shortcuts or turn sideways to be steadfast with directions that, although vague in the first steps, have now become more and more clear: “Having strong ethics will lead to an impact”.
